Loyalty Scheme

We will give you a free £5 voucher for every £100 you spend on our site. So if you spend £100 you get £5 to spend the next time you order from Base and if you spend £200 we will give you 2 x £5 vouchers for your following orders (and so on and so on). But there are some simple rules you need to know about..

The following terms apply to this promotion:
Loyalty Vouchers can only be issued to REGISTERED customers –

1) If you are a new customer you can either register before your first purchase, or alternatively you will be given the option when you have completed your first order

2) If you are already registered, please be sure to LOG IN to our website before paying.

This is because the database needs to record your transactions in order for you to qualify.

Also….

• Vouchers are issued 21 days after the despatch of your order
• Vouchers cannot be used with any other offer
• If you return goods within the 10 day refund period, your voucher will not be issued.
• Vouchers are only valid for online sales they cannot be redeemed at Base High Street stores
• Vouchers are issued according the cumulative spend on your account.  

How does this work in practice?

You spend £130 in one transaction and receive your £5 voucher
Later you spend £90 taking your account total to £220 - you will then receive your second £5 voucher

You then return your goods valuing £90, this takes your account back to £130. You will need to pass £300 to qualify for your third voucher
