Our Returns Policy

How do I return an unwanted item?

We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want or need them. In this instance, unwanted goods have to be returned for an exchange within 28 days from UK addresses, and within 35 days from outside the UK.

All items must be in their original packaging with all labels in tact. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns if they are not sent back in the same condition in which they were sent or are returned outside of the returns period.

We aim to refund your card as soon as we receive the returned items, however please allow up to 28 days for us to process your return.

Refunds

We offer a no quibble refund policy for purchases made on this website. Return within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn and undamaged. Please note that refunds do not apply to sale products, but we are happy to exchange up to 28 days after purchase. Returns postage must be paid by the customer.

Please inform us prior to sending a return by e-mailing us with the product reference number and your order number to returns@boysfashion.co.uk

If you are exchanging an item from your order for another size or colour we will only send you the replacement with free return postage if you e-mail our returns department first.

If your order originally qualified for free postage and you return part of that order for a refund, your card will be credited to the amount of the goods that you have returned, minus any delivery cost that you would have incurred for the goods that you have kept assuming that they are under the limit set for free postage.

How do I return faulty or incorrect items?

We suggest that you use Recorded Delivery as we cannot issue refunds for any items that fail to be delivered.

Refunds in store

You may return your purchase to one of our stores for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date on delivery note. Please make sure that the item/s are unworn and with their original packaging. You will also need to have the delivery note that was enclosed with your order and the credit/debit card that you used as well.

Our apologies if you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty.

Please contact us by email BEFORE sending the parcel back and let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.

Please write on the package FAULTY returns, and we will then refund you the price of the postage.

Please send via Royal Mail recorded delivery, do not use Special Delivery or a Courier service.

Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 14 days within the UK and 28 days outside of the UK.

We will either refund your card or replace the item (subject to availability) as requested by you as soon as possible after receipt of your return.

I cannot return my items within 14 days, what should I do?

Please contact us if you think the time frame will be a problem, we always try and work out a solution to help if we can!

Who pays for return shipping?

The returns postage charges are paid for by the customer.

However, if you are exchanging all or part of your order, we will send you the replacement and not charge you again for the P&P. This is limited to one exchange per order; further exchanges are at your own cost.

If you are exchanging an item from your order for another size or colour we will only send you the replacement with free return postage if you e-mail our returns department first.

If you have received faulty or the wrong goods were sent, we can offer to reimburse your return postage fee, we take the amount from the stamps on the parcel. Please send via Royal Mail recorded delivery, do not use Special Delivery or a Courier service.

We do not reimburse handling, petrol or packaging costs under any circumstances, we credit the cheapest return shipping method (for example, standard airmail or first class mail, not FedEx or Special Delivery).

Packages returned to us without the correct postage paid will be returned to sender.

Returning items from outside the EU

The original receipt must be enclosed with the package. Where returned items are received without a receipt of purchase, no refund can be given. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags remain attached along with all of the original packaging. In cases where Boys Base receives items that are soiled, with odour, damaged or appear to have been cleaned or washed or repaired, no refund shall be given. Boys Base cannot take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit.

Base reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition.

To make sure the garments reach us safely, we recommend you use a trusted and assured parcel delivery service.

Base do not refund for returned parcels that get lost, in these unusual circumstances you must claim from your carrier.

Unfortunately, Base cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an item. Under no circumstances shall Boys Base bear the cost of any expenses incurred by customers in the process of making a return.
