Exchanges

We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want or need them.

 

What should you do

•Please contact us by email BEFORE sending the parcel back and let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it and whether we are able to exchange or refund your money.

•Return the goods within 28 days of purchase (35 days for overseas purchases).

•Items must be unworn, in original condition and in the original packaging and labelling.

•We recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot exchange goods we do not receive.

•If you are exchanging an item from your order for another size or colour we will only send you the replacement with free return postage if you e-mail our returns department first.

 

What we will do

 

•We will exchange your goods or refund your card on receipt of the goods if they meet the conditions above.

•Please allow 28 days for us to administer your refund.

•If you cannot return the goods within the limits above e-mail us immediately and we will try to assist you. We need a record of this notice if we are to extend the deadline.

If your order originally qualified for free postage and you return part of that order for a refund, your card will be credited to the amount of the goods that you have returned, minus any delivery cost that you would have incurred for the goods that you have kept assuming that they are under the limit set for free postage.

We offer a no quibble refund policy for purchases made on this website. 

What you should do

•Return within 10 days of receiving your purchase should be unworn and undamaged.

•Returns postage must be paid by the customer.

•Please inform us prior to sending a return by e-mailing us with the product reference number and your order number to returns@boysfashion.co.uk

Refunds in store

You may return your purchase to one of our stores for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date on delivery note. Please make sure that the item/s are unworn and with their original packaging. You will also need to have the delivery note that was enclosed with your order and the credit/debit card that you used as well.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Firstly -our apologies if you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty.

 

How do I return a faulty or incorrect items? 

 

What you should do

•Use Recorded Delivery as we cannot issue refunds for any items that fail to be delivered.

•Please contact us by email BEFORE sending the parcel back and let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.

•Please write on the package FAULTY returns, and we will then refund you the price of the postage.

•Please send via Royal Mail recorded delivery, do not use Special Delivery or a Courier service.

•Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 14 days within the UK and 28 days outside of the UK.

 

What we will do

We will either refund your card or replace the item (subject to availability) as requested by you as soon as possible after receipt of your return.

Delivery charges UK

The delivery charge is £3.95 for orders under £75 and £5.50 for orders over £75. This applies only to orders, for refunds and exchanges please refer to the returns page. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. In most cases orders will be delivered within 48 hours, usually before 1pm (however this may not always be the case especially over weekends and Bank Holidays).

Please be aware that a signature will be required as we send out orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery or first class recorded delivery.

 

Shipping to USA

 

Parcel Force

Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a charge of around £25 for all orders and takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the postage charge before we process your order. Please note that all overseas orders must be delivered to the card holders billing address. We do not ship to alternative addresses or P.O Boxes.

 

Shipping to EU countries

EU deliveries are made by Parcel Force, taking an estimated 3-5 days. We have a minimum delivery charge of £15 to all EU countries. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the postage charge before we process your order.Please note that all overseas orders must be delivered to the card holders billing address. We do not ship to alternative addresses or P.O Boxes.

 

Shipping Worldwide

Worldwide deliveries will be made by Parcel Force we have a standard price for worldwide deliveries of £20 (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery quote.)

Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

 

 

Online Voucher Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions applicable to Base Fashion online voucher codes and discounts:

a) Limited to one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher / discount code per order.

b) Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed at our Web site www.basefashion.co.uk toward the purchase of products - They cannot be redeemed at our stores or via phone order.

Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply which is exclusive of postage and packing.

d) Promotional vouchers cannot be used to pay for Base Fashion Gift Vouchers.

e) Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us.

f) Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.

g) This promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.

Certain products may be exempt from promotional offers, Gift Vouchers and Sale items.

i) Base Fashion reserves the right to cancel online vouchers and order associated with them at any time, including after they have been redeemed.

j) Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

k) Voucher codes for free delivery only apply for UK addresses and for delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked Service.

Item Out of Stock

Our products are held in our warehouse and in our stores and our stock feed is not live. There are rare times that we may find that a product with limited stock availability may be showing for sale by our website, but has already been sold in store. We will do our best to re-stock that product as quickly as possible or offer you an alternative. Should there be no alternative or our suggestions not be suitable for you, we will be happy to refund your order in full.

Pricing

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item on our website, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we have dispatched the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price so you can decide whether you would like to progress with the order. Pricing mistakes are rare but do happen from time to time, and while we are very sorry, we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation for such a mistake.
