Colours of products are as accurate as the website allows and may differ slightly to the actual product due to the nature of photography and monitor colour calibration.

We thank all our suppliers for letting us use their images and Logo's on our website. All other images have been produced by BaseFashion.co.uk using our in house image studio.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any part of the Website with or without notice to you without liability. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time.


Pricing

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item on our website, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we have dispatched the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price so you can decide whether you would like to progress with the order. Pricing mistakes are rare but do happen from time to time, and whilst we are very sorry, we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation for such a mistake.

All prices, including delivery charges, are inclusive of VAT.


Order Information

Please make sure the e-mail address you give us is correct as all order confirmations and correspondence are sent to that e-mail address.

It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures in using this web site.  We reserve the right to be indemnified against all claims, liability, damages, losses and costs arising from any breach of these conditions.


Delivery and Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with any goods received, you have the right to return the goods for a refund within 10 days of the dispatch date or for an exchange within 28 days.

Please note: This refund and exchange policy is for online transactions only and does not cover store purchases.

The cost of returning the parcel is the customer’s responsibility. If you would like an exchange, replacement item(s) will be sent to you free of charge for the first exchange only. We reserve the right to request a delivery fee if we need to exchange the same or multiple item(s) more than once.

We are sorry that we cannot offer free exchanges to destinations outside the UK.

If your order originally qualified for free postage and you return part of that order for a refund, your card will be refunded by the amount of the returned item(s) minus any delivery costs that you would have originally incurred should your remaining order value fall below our Free Postage threshold.

Some products may incur additional postage charges due to their packaging size and weight, and may not be eligable for Free Delivery. In this case, the correct postage charge will be applied to your basket at checkout. We reserve the right to hold your order until correct postage charges are agreed and paid.


We reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. All original packaging, labels and swing tags must be intact.

Base Fashion do not take responsibility for items lost in transit, so please use a secure service and retain proof of postage.

Our website returns policy applies to purchases made on-line only and items purchased in store must be returned to the store.


In-Store Returns

You may return your purchase to one of our stores for a refund within 10 days or exchange within 28 days from the date on delivery note. Exchanges may be processed directly in store. Refunds cannot be issued in store but parcels can be transferred to us for you, with the refund processed directly back onto your payment card. 


Worldwide Payment and Shipping

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are in GBP UK Pounds Sterling. We provide you with a facility to convert the prices into your currency as a guide, we suggest you check the information you receive from our currency converters with your credit card provider.

All rates quoted would be at the exchange rate prevailing at that precise moment, and may not be the exact cost your credit card company will charge. Please contact your card issuer for details on any charges they may make to convert currencies.

Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. 


Cancelled / Void Orders

There may be times when we are unable to process your order. Non-acceptance or void orders may be a result of one of the following:

a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

b) Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or insufficient security checks available to authorise your payment.

 

 
You are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish provided that we receive and acknowledge your notification prior to dispatching your order.

Online Promotions, Discount Codes and Vouchers

Terms and conditions applicable to Base Fashion online voucher codes, promotions and discounts:

a) Limited to one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher / discount code per order.

b) Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed at our Website www.basefashion.co.uk toward the purchase of products - They cannot be redeemed at our stores or via phone order.

c) Please note that a minimum purchase value may apply which is exclusive of postage and packing.
d) Promotional vouchers cannot be used to pay for Base Fashion Gift Vouchers.

e) Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us.

f) Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.

g) This promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.

h) Certain products may be exempt from promotional offers, Gift Vouchers and Sale items.

i) Base Fashion reserves the right to cancel online vouchers and order associated with them at any time, including after they have been redeemed.

j) Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

k) Promotional free delivery may only apply for UK addresses and for delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked Service and only for orders of non-sale items over a specified amount.


Item Out of Stock

Our products are held in our warehouse and in our stores and our stock feed is not live. There are rare times that we may find that a product with limited stock availability may be showing for sale by our website, but has already been sold in store. We will do our best to re-stock that product as quickly as possible or offer you an alternative. Should there be no alternative or our suggestions not be suitable for you, we will be happy to refund your order in full.

Lost parcels

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible. For UK it must be within 21 working days. For international destinations we must be informed within 35 working days, and failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 21 working days in the UK or 35 working days for International parcels only if the parcel is deemed to be lost in transit. On issue of the refund or replacement, you will agree to providing any required evidence, written or otherwise, of non receipt.
